§ 38.2-3523.2. Policies issued outside of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

A group accident and sickness insurance policy issued outside of thisCommonwealth, providing coverage to residents of this Commonwealth, that doesnot qualify under § 38.2-3521.1 or § 38.2-3522.1 shall be subject to thestatutory requirements of this title and may subject the insurer issuing suchpolicy to the penalties available under this title for violation of suchrequirements.
