§ 38.2-3526. Standard provisions required; exceptions.

A. No group accident and sickness insurance policy shall be delivered orissued for delivery in this Commonwealth unless it contains the standardprovisions prescribed in this article.

B. The provisions of § 38.2-3531, subsection A of §§ 38.2-3533 and 38.2-3538shall not apply to policies issued pursuant to subsection B of § 38.2-3522.1.
