The Commission may establish rules and regulations for coordination ofbenefits, as well as to establish standards to be met in connection with themarketing and contracting for group accident and sickness insurance in thisCommonwealth. Pursuant to the authority granted by § 38.2-223, the Commissionmay promulgate such rules and regulations as it may deem necessary toestablish standards with regard to coordination of benefits provisions.
