§ 38.2-3911. Time limit on certain defenses.

Every insurance policy or contract shall contain a provision that after twoyears from the effective date of the policy or contract, only fraudulentmisstatements in the application may be used to void the policy or contractor deny any claim for a loss incurred or a disability that starts after thetwo-year period. This provision may be omitted if the incontestable clausereferred to in § 38.2-3912 is included.
