§ 38.2-4217. Reports.

A. In addition to the annual statement required by § 38.2-1300, theCommission shall require each nonstock corporation to file on a quarterlybasis any additional reports, exhibits or statements the Commission considersnecessary to furnish full information concerning the condition, solvency,experience, transactions or affairs of the nonstock corporation. TheCommission shall establish deadlines for submitting any additional reports,exhibits or statements. The Commission may require verification by anyofficers of the nonstock corporation the Commission designates.

B. In addition to the annual statement required by § 38.2-1300, theCommission shall require each nonstock corporation to file annually, on orbefore June 1, an annual statement, signed by two of its principal officerssubject to § 38.2-1304, showing:

1. The number of Virginia subscribers by the following type of contract orits equivalent:

a. Individual, open enrollment;

b. Medicare, extended, under 65 disabled; and

c. Individual conversion subscribers.

2. The subscriber income and benefit payments in the aggregate for the typesof contracts listed above subject to specific breakdown by type of contractas requested by the Commission; and

3. Expenditures for providing public services, in addition to openenrollment, to the community.
