§ 38.2-4509.1. Rehabilitation, liquidation, conservation.

Any rehabilitation, liquidation, or conservation of a dental or optometricplan shall be deemed to be the rehabilitation, liquidation, or conservationof an insurer and shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 15 of thistitle.
