§ 38.2-4516. Interplan arrangements.
A nonstock corporation may enter into contracts with similar nonstockcorporations or foreign companies for the interchange of services to thoseincluded in subscription contracts and may provide in subscription contractsfor the substitution of the services instead of those recited in subscriptioncontracts.
