§ 4.1-301. Conspiracy to violate § 4.1-300; penalty.

If two or more persons conspire together to do any act which is in violationof § 4.1-300, and one or more of these persons does any act to effect theobject of the conspiracy, each of the parties to such conspiracy shall beguilty of a Class 6 felony.
