§ 4.1-413. Retaliatory action prohibited.

A winery shall not take retaliatory action against a wholesaler who files ormanifests an intention to file a complaint of alleged violation of state orfederal law or regulation by the winery with the appropriate state or federalregulatory or judicial authority. Retaliatory action shall include, but isnot limited to, refusal without good cause to continue the agreement, or amaterial reduction in the amount and quality of services or quality ofproducts available to the wholesaler under the agreement.
