§ 4.1-502. No inducement or coercion.

No brewery shall:

1. Induce or coerce, or attempt to induce or coerce, any beer wholesaler toaccept delivery of any beer or any other commodity which has not been orderedby the beer wholesaler.

2. Induce or coerce, or attempt to induce or coerce, any beer wholesaler todo any illegal act by any means including, but not limited to, threatening toamend, cancel, terminate, or refuse to renew any agreement existing between abrewery and beer wholesaler.

3. Require a beer wholesaler to assent to any condition, stipulation orprovision limiting the wholesaler in his right to sell the product of anyother brewery anywhere in the Commonwealth.
