Any person aggrieved by an order or an act of the Board or Commissioner underthis chapter may appeal such order or act to the Board pursuant to theprovisions of the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.). Finalorders of the Board may be appealed pursuant to the Administrative ProcessAct.
