§ 40.1-109. Newspaper carriers on regular routes; hours.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this chapter, any child betweentwelve and sixteen years of age may daily engage in the occupation ofdistributing newspapers on regularly established routes between the hours offour o'clock ante meridian and seven o'clock post meridian, excluding thetime public schools are actually in session.
