§ 42.1-31. Counties and cities may submit material.
Any county or city of the Commonwealth may assemble and submit to theLibrarian of Virginia information and material relating to its contributionand that of its citizens to World War II, and the governing body of anycounty or city may appropriate for this purpose such funds as it deemsnecessary.
