§ 42.1-63. Regulation of Library; computer expenses.

The Supreme Court shall have the power to make and enforce such rules andorders for the regulation of the State Law Library, and the use thereof, asmay to it seem proper. Such rules and orders may provide for the assessmentand collection of fees for the use of computer research services other thanfor valid state uses, which shall include official use by attorneys for theCommonwealth and public defenders, and their assistants. Such fees shall beassessed in the amount necessary to cover the expenses of such services andthose collected and hereby appropriated to the Court to be paid as part ofthe cost of maintaining such computer research capabilities.
