§ 43-36. Appeals, how taken and tried.

Any party may appeal from the judgment of the general district court, as incase of warrants for small claims under Chapter 6 (§ 16.1-76 et seq.) ofTitle 16.1, and such appeal shall be heard and determined in like manner, asappeals under such chapter.
