A. No operator, agent, or mine foreman shall knowingly permit any person inan underground coal mine to smoke, carry or possess any smoker's articles ormaterials used for igniting smoker's articles.
B. Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be guilty of aClass 6 felony.
