A. In surface structures at excessively dusty mines, electric motors,switches, lighting fixtures, and controls shall be protected by dust-tightconstruction.
B. Surface structures and equipment shall be kept free of coal dustaccumulations.
C. Where mining operations raise an excessive amount of dust into the air,water or water with wetting agent added to it or other effective methodsshall be used to allay such dust at its sources.
