§ 45.1-161.245. Travel ways, loading and haulage areas.
The provisions of Article 7 (§ 45.1-161.275 et seq.) of Chapter 14.4 of thistitle shall apply with respect to travel ways, loading, and haulage areas atthe surface of underground coal mines.
