§ 45.1-161.292:67. Violations; penalties.

Any person convicted of willfully violating any provisions of this chapterand Chapters 14.5 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.) and 14.6 (§ 45.1-161.304 et seq.)or any regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter and Chapters 14.5 (§45.1-161.293 et seq.) and 14.6 (§ 45.1-161.304 et seq.), unless otherwisespecified in this chapter and Chapters 14.5 (§ 45.1-161.293 et seq.) and 14.6(§ 45.1-161.304 et seq.), shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
