§ 46.2-114. Disposition of fines and forfeitures.

All fines or forfeitures collected on conviction or on a forfeiture of bailof any person charged with a violation of any of the provisions of this titlepunishable as felonies, misdemeanors, or traffic infractions shall be paidinto the state treasury to be credited to the Literary Fund unless adifferent form of payment is required specifically by this title.
