§ 46.2-1035. Dimming headlights on parked vehicles.

Whenever a vehicle is parked so that the beam from its headlights will glareinto the eyes of the driver of a vehicle approaching on a highway, theoperator of the parked vehicle shall dim or use the low beam of such lightsso that glaring rays are not projected into the eyes of an approaching driver.
