§ 46.2-1055.1. Windshield defroster or defogger.

Every Virginia-registered motor vehicle manufactured for the 1969 orsubsequent model years and required to be equipped with a windshield shall beequipped with a windshield defroster or defogger. The defroster or defoggershall be in good working order at all times when the vehicle is operated onthe highways.
