§ 46.2-1251. Fraudulently obtaining a disabled parking license plate orplacard; penalty.

A. Any person who makes a false statement of material fact to obtain orassist an individual in obtaining a disabled parking license plate, DVdisabled parking license plate which has been issued under subsection B of §46.2-739, organizational removable windshield placard, permanent removablewindshield placard, or temporary removable windshield placard shall be guiltyof a Class 2 misdemeanor.

B. The local governing body of any county, city, or town may by ordinanceincorporate this provision by reference.
