§ 46.2-1992.3. Suit to enjoin violations.

The Commissioner, whenever he believes from evidence submitted to him thatany person has been violating, is violating, or is about to violate anyprovision of this chapter, in addition to any other remedy, may bring anaction in the name of the Commonwealth to enjoin any violation of thischapter.
