§ 46.2-1993.11. Continued operation on loss of a dealer-operator holdingcertificate of qualification.

Each dealer shall notify the Department in writing immediately when adealer-operator who holds a certificate of qualification dies, becomesdisabled, retires, is removed, or for any other cause ceases to act asdealer-operator. The dealer may continue to operate for 120 days thereafterwithout a dealer-operator and may be granted approval by the Department tooperate for an additional sixty days on application and with good cause shownfor such delay.
