§ 46.2-1993.25. Odometer disclosure.

Every motorcycle dealer shall comply with all requirements of the FederalOdometer Act and § 46.2-629 by completing the appropriate odometer mileagestatement form for each vehicle purchased, sold or transferred, or in anyother way acquired or disposed of. Odometer disclosure statements shall bemaintained by the dealer in a manner that permits systematic retrieval. Anyperson found violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guiltyof a Class 1 misdemeanor.

The provisions of this section shall not apply to all-terrain vehicles oroff-road motorcycles.
