§ 46.2-2011.17. Certificate, license, or permit holder not relieved ofliability for negligence.

Nothing in this chapter shall relieve any holder of a certificate, license,or permit issued by and under the authority of the Department from anyliability resulting from his negligence, whether or not he has complied withthe requirements of this chapter.
