§ 46.2-2099.8. Abandonment or discontinuance of service.

Notwithstanding any provision contained in this chapter to the contrary, nosight-seeing carrier shall abandon or discontinue any service establishedunder the provisions of this chapter without permission from the Departmentand on such terms as the Department may prescribe.
