§ 46.2-2815. Action on applications; hearing on denial.

The Board shall act on all applications for a Class A or Class B operator'slicense under this chapter within 60 days after receipt by either granting orrefusing the application. Any applicant denied a license shall, on hiswritten request filed within 30 days, be given a hearing at a time and placedetermined by the Board or a person designated by the Board. All hearingsunder this section shall be public and shall be held promptly. The applicantmay be represented by counsel.
