§ 46.2-418. Nonpayment of judgments of Virginia and other states.

The Commissioner shall take action as required in § 46.2-417 on receivingproper evidence that the person has failed for a period of thirty days tosatisfy any judgment, in amount and on a cause of action as stated in §§46.2-364 and 46.2-417, rendered by a court of competent jurisdiction of theCommonwealth, any other state of the United States, the United States, Canadaor its provinces.
