§ 46.2-432. Failure of nonresident to report accident.

The failure of a nonresident to report an accident as required in this titleshall constitute sufficient ground for suspension or revocation of hisprivileges of driving a motor vehicle in the Commonwealth and of drivingwithin the Commonwealth of any motor vehicle owned by him.
