§ 46.2-451. Action or suit on bond.

If a final judgment rendered against the principal on the bond filed with theCommissioner as provided in this chapter is not satisfied within fifteen daysafter its rendition, the judgment creditor may, for his own use and benefitand at his sole expense, bring an action on the bond in the name of theCommonwealth against the company or persons executing the bond.
