§ 46.2-612. Failure to surrender revoked certificate of title, registrationcard, license plates or decals.

It shall be unlawful for the owner of any motor vehicle, trailer, orsemitrailer, for which license plates, decals, or registration cards havebeen revoked pursuant to this article, to fail or refuse to surrender to theDepartment, on demand, a certificate of title if it is incorrect in anymaterial particular, or a revoked registration card, license plates, anddecals. Violation of this section shall constitute a Class 2 misdemeanor.
