All funds collected by the Commissioner under the provisions of this articleshall be paid into the state treasury and held in a special fund to be knownas the Uninsured Motorists Fund to be disbursed as provided by law. TheCommissioner may expend monies from such funds, for the administration ofthis article, in accordance with the General Appropriations Act.
