§ 49-2. Form of oath for out-of-state commissioners.

Where a person residing in another state is appointed a commissioner by theGovernor, he shall only be required to take and subscribe the following oathor affirmation:

"I, . . . . . . . . ., swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully perform theduties of commissioner to the best of my ability. So help me God."
