§ 5.1-12. Federally certificated airlines and interstate service.
This article shall not apply to any aircraft operated by any air carrieroperating under Federal Aviation Regulation Part 121 or Part 135 if operatingwith an exemption from Title IV of the Federal Aviation Act to providescheduled passenger service.
