§ 5.1-2.15. Resolutions, rules and regulations, etc.

The Board is authorized to adopt, amend, and repeal such reasonableresolutions, rules, regulations, and orders as it shall deem necessary forthe management, government, and use of any airport or air navigation facilityowned by it or under its control. No rule, regulation, order, or standardprescribed by the Board shall be inconsistent with, or contrary to, any lawof this Commonwealth or act of the Congress of the United States or anyregulation promulgated or standard established pursuant thereto concerningsuch airport or the operation of aircraft. The Board shall keep on file atthe principal office of the Board for public inspection a copy of all itsrules and regulations.
