§ 5.1-2.21. Same; disposal of airport or facility.
The joint authority shall not dispose of any airport, airport navigationalfacility or real property under its jurisdiction except by majority vote ofeach component agency or authority; provided, however, that this restrictionshall not be construed to apply to any disposition of property contemplatedor permitted by § 5.1-2.2:1.
