§ 5.1-164. Marketability of bonds.

The Authority is authorized and empowered to exercise all or any part orcombination of the powers herein granted; to make covenants other than and inaddition to the covenants herein expressly authorized, of like or differentcharacter; and to make such covenants and to do any and all such acts andthings as may be necessary or convenient or desirable in order to secure itsbonds or, in the absolute discretion of the Authority, as will tend to makethe bonds more marketable, notwithstanding that such covenants, acts orthings may not be enumerated herein.
