§ 5.1-171. Remedies.

Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this act or of any of thecoupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trust agreement,except to the extent the rights herein given may be restricted by such trustagreement, may either at law or in equity, by suit, action, injunction,mandamus or other proceedings, protect and enforce any and all rights underthe laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or granted by this act or undersuch trust agreement or the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bondsand may enforce and compel the performance of all duties required by this actor by such agreement or resolution to be performed by the Authority or by anyofficer or agent thereof including the fixing, charging and collection offees or other charges.
