§ 5.1-176. Constitutional construction.

The provisions of this act are severable and if any of its provisions shallbe held unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, the decisionof such court shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions ofthis act. It is hereby declared to be the legislative intent that this actwould have been adopted had such unconstitutional provisions not beenincluded therein.
