§ 5.1-124. Undue preference not permitted.

It shall be unlawful for any common carrier or restricted common carrier byaircraft to make, give, or cause any undue or unreasonable preference oradvantage to any particular person, port, gateway, locality, or descriptionof traffic in any respect whatsoever, or to subject any particular person,port, gateway, locality, or description of traffic to any unjustdiscrimination or any undue or unreasonable prejudice or disadvantage in anyrespect whatsoever; provided, however, that this section shall not beconstrued to apply to discriminations, prejudices or disadvantages to thetraffic of any other carrier of whatever description.
