§ 5.1-144. Certificate or permit holder not relieved of liability fornegligence.

Nothing in this chapter shall relieve any holder of a certificate or permitby and under the authority of the Commission from any liability resultingfrom his negligence, whether or not he has complied with the requirements ofthis chapter.
