The fact that a certificate of limited partnership has been filed inaccordance with the provisions of this chapter or the Virginia UniformLimited Partnership Act, Chapter 2 (§ 50-44 et seq.) of this title, as itexisted prior to its repeal, is notice that the partnership is a limitedpartnership and that a person designated as a general partner is a generalpartner, but shall not be deemed to be notice of any other fact.
