§ 50-73.20. Delivery of certificates to limited partners.
Upon the filing with the clerk of the Commission, pursuant to § 50-73.17, ofa certificate, the general partners shall promptly deliver or mail a truecopy of the certificate of limited partnership to each limited partner unlessthe partnership agreement provides otherwise.
