§ 50-73.39:1. No right to distribution upon withdrawal.
Except as otherwise provided in writing in the partnership agreement, neithera general partner nor a limited partner has any right to receive anydistribution on account of (i) the partner's withdrawal or (ii) other eventof dissolution or ceasing, for any other reason, to be partner.
