A. Whenever the certificate of limited partnership or, if there is no suchcertificate, partnership agreement or other constituent document of a foreignlimited partnership that is registered to transact business in theCommonwealth is amended or corrected, the foreign limited partnership shallpromptly file with the Commission a copy of the amendment or correction dulyauthenticated by the Secretary of State or other official having custody ofthe limited partnership records in the state or other jurisdiction of itsformation.
B. If any statement in the application for registration of a foreign limitedpartnership was false when made or any arrangements or other facts describedhave changed, making the application inaccurate in any respect, the foreignlimited partnership shall promptly file with the Commission an amendedapplication for registration, executed by a general partner, amending suchstatement or information. The amended application for registration shall bemade on a form prescribed and furnished by the Commission.
