§ 50-73.143. Registration certificate required for registered limitedliability partnership engaged in practice of law.
Before any registered limited liability partnership may engage in thepractice of law in this Commonwealth, it shall first obtain and maintain aregistration certificate required for that registered limited liabilitypartnership by Chapter 39 (§ 54.1-3900 et seq.) of Title 54.1.
