§ 51.1-1102. Additional powers of the Board.

In addition to any other powers granted to the Board under this title, theBoard shall have the powers to:

1. Establish policies and procedures to implement and administer the programand the provisions of this chapter;

2. Contract for the provision of comprehensive case management;

3. Take all other actions necessary for the implementation and administrationof the program; and

4. Adopt rules and policies that bring the program into compliance with anyapplicable law or regulation of this Commonwealth or the United States.
