As used in this chapter:
"Advisory Board" means the Commonwealth Neurotrauma Initiative AdvisoryBoard.
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Rehabilitative Services.
"Department" means the Department of Rehabilitative Services.
"Fund" means the Commonwealth Neurotrauma Initiative Trust Fund establishedpursuant to § 51.5-12.2.
"Neurotrauma" means an injury to the central nervous system, i.e., atraumatic spinal cord or brain injury which results in loss of physical andcognitive functions.
